ABOUT US
We are a family owned business that has been around for 60+ years with roots in Miami, but providing catering services all over Florida. Our priority is to offer outstanding quality, complete meals to make sure our customers have a one of a kind experience that will result in a nostalgic memory of Grandma’s homemade meals. We have both grown and expanded a lot over the years, and since 2014, we are proud to say that we serve 2,970,000+ meals per year; we are constantly working on the revision of our menus for their evolution and change to constantly adjust to any needs/wants that our clients might have while making sure we are providing the most nutritious foods.
We are approved/certified by the National School Lunch Program [NSLP] and serve schools and students all over the Sunshine State. Additionally, we cater to homebound delivery meals, adult center and child daycare centers [CCFP approved], summer camps [SFSP approved], private parties and events of all kinds.
Catering Services
Committing ourselves to the highest quality standards, we put out over 2500 hot meals per day and 3500 cold box lunches. We are proud to mention that our track record for delivery is 100%.
This effectiveness is based on the limited number of delivery stops per vehicle providing meals fully cooked for student consumption.
We served over 625,000 meals in 2014. This was possible because of our well-trained staff and our cooks who have over 40 years’ of experience. They know in detail the perfect combination of nutrients and flavors required for a delicious meal; they are highly accustomed to making sure the food is delivered to you at the right temperature and right on time. We make sure everybody receives the best service!
